After we read about a Facebook status saving the life of a suicidal 16 year old. Now a Facebook status update has kept a 19 year old out of jail.
19 year old Rodney Bradford was arrested on October 17Th in connection with a mugging in Brooklyn. His Facebook status was updated that same day at 11:49a.m. The distract attorney accepted this as a suitable alibi as it appeared the update was updated from a computer in Harlem from his Fathers house where he said he had been that day. After Facebook’s location confirmation, confirmed this the charges against Bradford were dropped.
