murrc2 Sedo has brokered the sale of domain name Russia.com for a staggering $1.5 million. New Media Holdings was the company that sold the domain name which they have owned and operated since 1995.
This deal has been added to the top 10 sales of 2009 when it comes to domain names. NewMedia Holdings also own top domains like StockMarkets.com, Musicians.com, Puerto Rico.com, Scotland.com, Birds.com and many more.
This is a steal for the new owner considering that Korea.com sold for $5 million.
