The sale of Toys.com was halted by the bankruptcy court but domainnamewire say that the domain will be autioned off again. Faculty Lounge, is the company that had prviously won the domain at an auction earlier this month.
Facult Lounge will be a stalking horse bidder in the auction meaning that they get to set the floor for the auction and gain some additional rights in return.
This wil mean that Faculty are setting the bar at the auction which will mean that the bankrutcy estate can be assured that they will have a buyer at a certain price and this will surly gain more interest to the auction. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this in the coming days.
