Today has been a busy day for Microsoft and for other top companies such as Facebook, Google, and Twitter. Firstly Microsoft signing a deal with Facebook and Twitter to be used in their search engine Bing and then Google later signing a deal with Twitter to also use results from their site in Google’s search engine and then Google finally announcing that they are releasing social search.

With all this news spiraling around one may have forgotten that today is the day that the all impressive Vista gets replaced but something even better, Windows 7. Windows 7 has became the biggest pre-order product in the history of Amazon Uk and has be a trending topic on Twitter.

Reviews coming in show that Windows 7 is a lot better than Vista, but some people are still asking the question “why should I change from Vista?” Well the product is pretty much the same but it is faster and a lot of security issues have been fixed. If you don’t want to switch from Vista well I recommend that you definitely switch from eight year old Windows XP to Windows 7 as this would be a very beneficial change.

Windows 7 ultimate pack is just $319 and for the professional version your looking at $299. For the Windows 7 Home Premium your looking at about $199 and an upgrade from Vista or Xp will set you back $199
