Annmarie Swatos from Chicago is suing Facebook. Why? Well a former employee that she had an affair with spread rumors about her on the popular social network Facebook. According to Swatos this was Defamation.

Supposedly Richard Gloor ( the employee in which she had an affair) Said stuff about her being “post-partum and delusional” as well as “crazy”. According to Swatos due to these rumors numerous friends unfriended her and as a result she believes she should be rewarded $50,000 on the count of “tortuous interference with business relations”.

According to Switched, the argument may not be that ridiculous. The real question is what sort of relationships she had with the Facebook friends who she lost. As Amar Toor of Switched writes, “Swatos’ lawyers could couch her dwindling Facebook network as a loss in business, especially in such a contact-reliant industry as real estate.”

How exactly do you decide that these friends were worth $50,000 to be honest what a stupid woman. I find this funny how stupid it is ha ha!
