It’s been 4 years since WordPress first opened too the public. Since their release there has been no option too subscribe to blogs via email. Of course people could have signed up via e-mail using Feedburner etc but there has never been a direct option included in WordPress until today.

Automattic, the parent company of WordPress has added an email subscription feature today too their popular blogging service.

To enable this feature on your WordPress blog, just simply download the Blog subscription widget.
